We have been purchasing cars from Etobicoke motors for years. Shaan and Sam have always been so kind and helpful. We are excited to welcome another car to our home. Thank you Shaan for all your guidance.

This dealership is terrible!!! I bought a car resently from there and drove is straight to the manufacture dealership. I then found out that it needed a clutch and transmission replaced. They said "it was not their problem" and wouldnt help out at all. Stay away from them!!! Go elsewhere!!! I could not give them a zero rating, or I would have.

This dealership is completely unprofessional. I saw an employee driving a car with dealer plate 489 DRT recklessly on public roads — speeding, revving the exhaust loudly, and disturbing other drivers. If you’re thinking of buying here, be aware: these cars are already abused by staff for extreme driving, not kept in the showroom. I will also be reporting this reckless behavior to Peel Police. For the GSM reply: I was quite surprised to see one of your cars around 6:41 p.m., with all the windows and the sunroof fully open, and only one person inside, test driving on a very busy road. The driver kept shifting between 1st and 3rd gear repeatedly. Perhaps that was the most glorious moment of his life. Please tell him to keep working hard — maybe one day he can drive a V12 Ferrari registered under his own name and race with me properly. Revving next to me doesn’t really catch my attention — my car’s sound insulation works quite well.

I was in market for a new vehicle and that how I went to etobicoke motors and I met Sam, he is wonderful gentleman knowledgeable and honest , he helped me alot to get me Porsche Panamera and he went out of the way to help , and also I want to mention about their finance manager shan, he helped me to approve my car loan from bank in minutes. I give 5 star to both sam.and shan and recommend everyone to atleast contact Sam for their next purchase of their vehicle.

Daughter bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze. She was charged $990 for a Safety Certificate and $990 dollars for financing fees. Called the place that that apparently did the safety certificate… could speak English and basically said we don’t do that here! The engine light came on A week after her purchase. Took it to a mechanic for diagnosis. $1000 of work needed to be done. Took it back to the dealership mechanic who said he fixed the problem. 3 days later engine light come on again. Back to the dealership mechanic as her 30 day warranty is over in 4 days. Mechanic was rude and short … gave her the keys back and said it is fixed and if the light comes on again it’s not the same problem. Not paper work showing the work that was done. We went to speak to the dealership and they were just unaccountable and said it’s a used car ! They didn’t provide a spare tire and did not detail the car when she picked it up there was garbage in the trunk and in the glove compartment! This is a shady criminal corrupt business who don’t care! But they will defend themselves on they have been selling cars for 30 years! Do not repeat do not buy a vehicle from this dealership!
