Eureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

My wife and I had an engine failure 40 miles north of Eureka, Ca in our Ram eco diesel which failed. So we called the Eureka Ram service department and told them we were being towed in by AAA …the fact that Sam Frank and Eden Marquez were helpful, and Eden above and beyond helpful, we were able to drive away Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM having arrived at 2pm on Friday with a blown 2017 eco diesel and leaving 24 hours later in a 2025 1500 gas engine Ram that pulled our 17 ft. trailer home just fine. Thanks Eden and Sam.

Today, I was financed a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Everyone in the staff was very helpful. Big thanks to Vinny, Kaity, and Danielle. Vinny was very clear and helpful in helping me trade in my truck and getting me that nice reduced payment. Kaity was particularly helpful with explaining all of the process and was fun to chat with while we did the busy work. Last but definitely not least, Danielle was awesome and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. She is an amazing saleswoman who wants what you want. Never once did I feel hassled or misled. Very thorough team and I appreciated the hospitality and kindness.
