My husband and I don’t trust many people with our cars since we do most of the maintenance and work ourselves, but this place is hands-down a great place to take your vehicles. They won’t nickel and dime you and try and get you to do things you don’t need to do. Chris is awesome. Great customer service and great communication. We will definitely be bringing our cars back in the future. Thank you guys so much!

The owner of this place is extremely rude. I was given better customer service by his associates! I was warned by others in the area to not have my car serviced here. But they seemed to be the most reasonable. After the owner told me it would be best to go elsewhere, I did. Got pretty much the same deal. Thank you sir 🙂. Auto Haus is the BEST OPTION in the area.

Service work completed very quickly on mercedes. No pressure dealership with gently used vehicles in great shape for sale. We'll bring both European cars for service moving forward. Thank you for making sure i get from point A to point B in my recently serviced car!!

My recent experience here was unprofessional enough that I can't recommend this shop to anyone. Communication was rude, calls were handled poorly, and basic customer service expectations weren't met. Despite even being a returning customer who has spent plenty of money here before. The attitude on the phone was unbelievable, and the refusal to perform even a basic diagnostic was a nice touch. For a business that "specializes" in European cars, they sure act like working on one is an inconvenience. There are plenty of shops in the area that treat people with respect. Based on my experience, ! strongly suggest looking elsewhere. If you want to be treated to a better customer service experience, Auto Haus on 2nd street was amazing over the phone! Based on my experience here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I have been wanting a W124 Benz since I was a little kid. This is my first love to Mercedes brand. I saw this dealer has one with decent price/condition. Helen was very helpful in answering all of my questions via email. She even provided clarification pictures, detailed service records, etc. Keep in mind, I am buying this car SIGHT UNSEEN. I flew out to Williamsburg, VA from TX and drove this car back, 1,512 miles home. The car made it back without any issues. And I had a comfortable ride home, even though the car is almost 30 years old. On top of getting a reliable ride, I also enjoyed the hospitality at this dealership. Helen, Saki, and myself even spent hours talking about cars/life when I picked up the car, as friends. Helen also continued to check on me throughout my journey, making sure I made it home safely. I have bought/sold multiple cars in the past years and their hospitality is top notch! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s looking to purchase a European car.
