This business deserves a public shout out and Troy, who was our main contact especially. From ensuring that he matched the right tech to my car, to thoughtfully giving us options with the diagnostic repairs. This business seems to operate on integrity and ‘over and above’ service. Was so nice to pick my car up, shining inside and out, and running like a dream!

Over 20 years of taking my vehicles to mechanics this is by far the worst place I have gone. Before my appointment I told them exactly what was needed to repair the issue. They assured me they would order the parts ahead of time. They did not do that. Instead wasted shop time to scan and confirm what I had already told them. And then tried to fix the the issue a different way which did nothing at all. Basically spent over $400 for a car wash and they rubbed off my decal in the process. And didn't even offer to make up for their mistakes whatsoever. I will never take my vehicle back here.

My '04 BMW Z4's exterior was in rough shape when I dropped it off at European Specialty Automotive. When I got it back it was like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The paint looks refreshed, the rims are shiny and restored, and several blemishes from rock chips were dealt with. They even professionally reinstalled the BMW emblem that had been knocked off from a previous pressure washing elsewhere. I also had my brakes looked at and they provided me with photos of what needed doing, and were upfront and honest about my concern with the brakes. Both services were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Top notch service, will use again

Took my Boxster in for a transmission fluid replacement. I had an 8am appointment to do a 2-3 hour job. After waiting in the lounge for 6 hours I got my vehicle back at 2pm. No valid reason why it took so long. That is not acceptable.

I took my Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography to have the anti sway bar to be replaced, Mo the mechanic did a great job. Service advisor did an amazing job in taking care of all my needs. The management including Caleb, Tom and Brad are pleasant to deal with and l highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in using them again.
