We had an outstanding experience with Dalton EV Auto. We drove all the way from Logan, and from the moment we arrived, Dalton was incredibly helpful, honest, and easy to work with. Unlike many dealerships, there was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics. He gave us his genuine opinion, answered all of our questions honestly, and never tried to oversell us on anything. What really stood out was the level of care and integrity throughout the entire process. He made sure the car was exceptionally clean and even stayed an hour past closing to ensure every detail was taken care of before we left. We always felt informed and comfortable, and he was transparent about everything so there were no surprises. This was easily the most confident we’ve ever felt making a vehicle purchase because we knew exactly what we were getting into. I've been following the EV Auto channel for quite some time and had been looking to upgrade from my Model 3 Performance into a Model X Plaid. After watching the channel for a while and seeing how the team operates, I decided to put down a deposit and do business with EV Auto. Josh has been great to work with throughout the entire process. The car was shipped from Tennessee location. I live in Colorado and decided to have it delivered to their Bountiful, Utah location instead of shipping it directly to my hours. Its about a 12 hour round trip from for me, but I thought it would be cool to make the trip, meet the team, and see everything in person. I'm really glad I did. Got to meet Alex too The entire purchase experience was easily the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Everything was straightforward, paperwork was done remote, communication was great, and the car was exactly as described. It was also really cool meeting the team and seeing where all the EV Auto videos come together. I just purchased a Tesla Model Y from EV Auto, and it was easily the most enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought the car unseen from a different state, which was nerve-wracking, but the team made it seamless. My sales rep, Josh, was incredible—he was extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations without ever being pushy. He patiently answered the dozens of questions I had throughout the process. ​When I arrived from out of state to pick it up, Josh was 100% ready; the car was spotless and fully charged. Even when I noticed a specific feature wasn’t working and some maintenance had been overlooked, they didn't hesitate to make it right and handled the repairs immediately. Loved the car buying process here, so seamless and easy. Walked in and found the perfect car for me in my price range so quickly and the Salesman I worked with, Josh, was super helpful!
