Evans Chevrolet GMC

Purchased my used GMC from Evans Toyota in Indiana. A couple days later a part broke unfortunately. Thankfully Evans Chevrolet pulled through! They towed my vehicle from my house and fixed it right up for me! Provided me a loaner car as well for my convenience. Will recommend them 100 times over and am very thankful for all they have done for us!

Just purchased a 2023 Chevy Blazer from Mark Sealscott at Evans GMC. And let me tell you we had a wonderful experience. These guys went above and beyond to help us. We totaled a vehicle and the process of trying to buy a car while everything was being settled with insurance was nerve wracking. Mark took the time and really made us feel welcome. He took extra steps and kept in contact with us while trying to figure out what we would be able to get. By the time it was all said and done I can comfortably say we found a salesman and dealership we will be going back to for all of our vehicle needs. Highly recommend and would suggest them to all family and friends in need of a vehicle.

Just picked up my new truck from this dealership and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me out, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Really solid group of guys who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smooth, no-hassle buying experience.

Was not impressed with the service scheduler. If you are going to send out flyers to try and get new business I would think you would go overboard to treat them nice. The reason I even tried Evans is because of the special offer I received in the mail and it was convenient. I personally stopped to schedule and was told they could get me in the next day. Upon returning the next day I was told it was misscheduled for the following day but they could still get me in. When asked for my keys I said they were in the truck. In a not so nice tone I was told I was supposed to bring them in so they could be tagged. I apologized and told him it was the first time I had been there and asked if I should go get them. I was told no. The time taken to service my truck was about right but they tried to sell me a $40 set of windshield wipers I didn"t need. When I went to pay I was told the bill was $98 and change. I presented my coupon and the scheduler in a nasty tone told me that I was supposed to present it when I brought the keys in. There was another person standing in front of the sign that stated that when I arrived. The scheduler then ripped up the bill and typed another one out. With a 50% off coupon the bill dropped to $80.70.. I am fairly good at math and that didn't add up. At that point I just paid the bill and left. Not coming back!!
