Went to Evans VW just to look for a new car and Dustin was amazing!! He didn’t waste anytime by over explaining anything, he would bring up any car we were interested in without hesitation and made us feel comfortable. He explained things to help me better understand whatever I was confused about. Everyone there was so nice and it felt like a family, my parents love VW and now I know why!! Thank you guys for the amazing experience!! I am LOVING my new Tiguan!!

First off I wanna say, Stephen the Sales guy was wonderful, and this review is no reflection of him whatsoever but more so the dealership itself. My 2025 BMW X3 was getting serviced And while I was waiting, I fell in love with a 2026 VW Tiguan, SEL, the twin turbo edition fully loaded. After taking a for test drive around the block, I decided to trade my BMW in on it. After not having the car for even a week, I had multiple lights come on the dash SOS assist emergency breaking not working adaptive cruise control not working lane assist not working, which I contacted the dealership about. They said my sensors were probably dirty to take it to the car wash in which I did and it didn’t do one thing. with not even 300 miles on my brand new car It wasn’t safe to drive because anytime you would get up past 30 or 40 mph. It would go into limp mode. I took it back to the dealership where they told me they are aware of the issue and they’re waiting on a software update but until that happens, I’m unable to drive the car so it’s sat at the dealership for 2 1/2 months before the software update came out that was supposed to fix the issues I went and picked up my car after not having it for that long and as I was driving at home the exact same thing happened and continues to happen on top of new things added now like disengaging battery. Please restart the car. It will randomly go into park when driving in about five different lights always come on the dash making half of the cars abilities, not functional. Their service department was hoping the software update would fix the issue however they told me it was a shot in the dark and they didn’t know how to fix it so I’m taking the car back today for it to sit at the dealership for God knows how long while making $1000 a month payment on a vehicle that I cannot drive. My husband and I buy at least one new vehicle year and never ever ever have we had this happen and it blows my mind that they wouldn’t buy the car back or take the car back knowing I’ve had all these issues and that they sold me a faulty car. Sorry, but customer service says everything about a business and I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. Owning businesses myself, I absolutely hate negative reviews and I try my best to never leave one for a business. However, if I can save someone the headache that I’ve been dealing with for the last three months I’m gonna do it.

From start to finish, the salesmen Dustin Johnson made the purchase of my new vehicle an effortless breeze. He was very polite, courteous, and very low pressure. While he stated he's only been with Evans Volkswagen for six months, he was remarkably knowledgeable about all the details of the vehicle I ended up purchasing from Evans. All of the staff that I encountered while I was there were a pleasure to deal with. Evans will definitely be on the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience at Evans Volkswagen was such a pleasure! Very thorough, very professional, and very attentive. Our salesman, Mr. Stephen Hatmaker was amazing! He is diligent and very good at what he does! He followed up with me the next morning to ensure everything was going okay. The Tiguan is spectacular and drives like a dream! We had done our research and found the car we wanted at Evan’s. Super accommodating, answered all questions and just made it easy. Honestly getting a new phone seemed harder lol. Stephen checked in on us and was very kind. We will be back!
