I was very happy with my experience at Ewald Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep In Oconomowoc. As most, I’m pretty leery of dealerships and sales associates. I have to admit, Brian Parr and Tom Kossow were straightforward and transparent. I highly recommend Brian and Tom. They handled things quickly and didn’t B.S. me or try to sell me something I didn’t want. I appreciated the no-pressure approach. Financing was far easier through Ewald than dealing with Summit Credit Union, so save yourself the headache and skip the bank. I was happy to support a local family owned dealership in my hometown. Amazing. This is a special place to buy a car. I bought a used Cadillac from the Chevy dealer. You'd think they'd just pass me through... Nope. They were so nice to me.
