Bought my Toyota 4Runner today from Kasey. Kasey was personable. He was not pushy. If he didn't know an answer he went and found out the answer. Made this experience fun and enjoyable. Mike in finance was funny. He investigated my concern before he answered. Again, this process was quick, fun, and easy

Staff worked with our daughter on price negotiation and were reasonable which led to a sale. We were there for two hours to view a specific vehicle we didn't need to finance, so the process seemed awkward and long, but maybe that's how it is supposed to be. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and seemed to appreciate her business. We will make sure to check Ewald for future purchases since the overall experience was positive! Thank you!

Came in for a newer vehicle as my very old one finally died suddenly. Wasn't able to look at the car I came to see but there was a comparable vehicle. Bob met us in the parking lot and made the whole process very stress free and explained everything like someone with a lot of experience. Towed in my dead car and drove out with a new to me Equinox; perfectly in my budget and the perfect upgrade for my family from my compact sedan. Very happy with the interactions I had with the entire staff, especially Bob!

My mom recently bought a vehicle from the famous Ken Hirn. Everything was exceptional. Ken went out of his way to find the exact vehicle she was looking for and that checked all of the boxes.
