After some very disappointing experiences elsewhere, I decided to bring my truck to Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram even though it's significantly farther from my home. It was absolutely worth the drive. From day one, they communicated clearly, set realistic expectations, explained lead times, and provided regular weekly updates without me having to constantly call and ask for information. When I dropped off my truck, they offered me a ride home and clearly explained my rental options, including the ability to rent a vehicle from the next-door Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The staff there were also very friendly, professional, and accommodating, which made the entire process much easier. What impressed me most was that they treated me like a valued customer throughout the entire repair. Even when there wasn't major news to report, they kept me informed and never left me wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Their team was professional, transparent, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. I understand that complex repairs can take time. What matters is honesty, communication, and customer service—and Ewald delivered on all three.
