We purchased a vehicle in August 2025, and the after-sales support is very disappointing. One week after the purchase, the "check engine" light came on, and after three appointments, they still haven't found the problem. The remote starter doesn't work, and it's cold. They've also lost the keys for the locking nuts. It's frustrating to pay for a new vehicle that doesn't work properly. Update: I'm upgrading to 4 stars. Eric Corvo handled our case, and we received good service afterward. Thank you, Eric! -1 star because it took a lot of effort to get decent after-sales service.

The representative, Mathieu Gauthier, was very professional and courteous, and he was very reassuring about the repairs that would be done on the vehicle, even ordering a new air conditioning compressor to be installed later.
