If you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience, I can’t recommend Exclusive Cars enough, especially Miles. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Miles was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how upfront they were about our trade-in value and all fees right from the beginning,.There was absolutely no pressure at any point, just genuine help and guidance to make sure we got what we were looking for. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. Miles and Leslie were amazing during the process. We were helping our son find and buy his first car. We found a great Honda CRV at Exclusive but my son was out of the country on a trip. They coordinated with us on taking the car to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (we have done this step on every pre-owned vehicle we have purchased). They were patient and helpful in getting paper work prepared and sent to our son in Asia for securing the loan and finalizing the purchase. We would definetly reach out to Exclusive for our next pre-owned car purchase.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about our experience. We purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership with only about 57,000 miles on it, expecting it to be a reliable vehicle for our family. Instead, it has been a constant source of problems and expenses from the beginning. Since purchasing it, we’ve had to replace the engine, replace the transmission, and now deal with major brake issues after a brake caliper came loose and started grinding into the wheel. The vehicle is currently undrivable again. At this point we’ve spent thousands of dollars on repairs on top of the purchase price, and it’s incredibly frustrating to have so many major failures on a vehicle that had relatively low mileage when we bought it. I understand that used cars can have unexpected issues, but having an engine, transmission, and major brake failure in the same vehicle has made this by far the worst vehicle ownership experience we’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing.

Miles is the man. The attention to detail in cleanliness of the vehicles, the wide selection of vehicles, and the actual knowledge of said vehicles was all very impressive. Miles was easy to communicate with and exactly what you’d want in a salesman. If I ever get tired of the M5 I purchased from him, I’ll be coming right back for the next buy.

I will definitely be returning for future purchases, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a fair price and a fantastic buying experience.
