I bought a used car here and had a issue with a coolant leak within the first month. We didn't know what the issue was for a little bit. The water pump was leaking but they fix the issue. I love the car and I don't see any other issues. The car is in good shape and should run just great now. So I'll give him 5 stars for taking care of the issue instead of making me fix it all by myself.

My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership, Shady is a nice person to deal with but Im not sure what happened with the honesty is our purchase. After a month of driving our vehicle we kept wondering why the car was so noisy while driving over the tiniest bumps. We took the car to our own mechanic and he found numerous serious safety issues, he told us that the vehicle wasn't safe for driving. The issue which is most concerning was the vehicle had passed the safety 😳 I then called the MTO to see what we could do. Our first option was to contact the dealership and have all the safety issues fixed. I contacted Shady to let him know and at the same time ask how it passed the safety. From there we had to tow the car back to get repaired, we did receive a rental for a week at their cost, but that's beside the point. I am so thankful no one in my family or anyone else on the road was injured or worse while driving this vehicle for the month prior. Please be diligent and have the vehicle looks over by a mechanic before purchasing, EVEN WITH THE SAFETY CERTIFICATE.
