I brought my car in for service. The gentleman who was at the desk was a very nice guy. He understood the problem that was with my vehicle, and he made sure that it was taken care of. The weight wasn’t very long. The problem was resolved, and as I was waiting the young man, Jeramy, who sold me the vehicle came through and acknowledged that I was there and we talked. He’s a good salesman and Chris, the gentleman who did the paperwork he also came through and asked me how I was doing. They were very nice to me and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Executive Volkswagen North Haven. My experience with them was exceptional.

This was my first experience with Executive Volkswagen’s Service dept and I was very pleased. Marlena, my Service Advisor, was so friendly and helpful. She explained exactly what was needed re: maintenance based on the mileage of my car. I was able to schedule my service appointment online for the following day, which was so convenient! The work was done in the time allotment it was promised and I was able to wait for it to be completed which was very helpful. Thank you, Marlena! While I waited, I met with Scott, Chris and David in Sales to discuss a possible trade-in/purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Executive VW for both service and sales.

I am very pleased with my new CPO VW Atlas Cross Sport. The service and value offered to me were top notch! Traded my Altima in for a 2025 Taos. Loved the buying experience. From sales to financing. No pressure. I’ve had my Taos for 1 year now and still love it with no buyer’s remorse.
