Mike and his team were responsive and on top of everything making my purchase easier and everything they said would happen, did. Very impressive and left me feeling very confident in my decision. Also have to give a shout out to Mark, another person there who helped close the deal. Haven’t met many others people there yet, but I believe they will be top notch folks as well. As a family of five expecting our fourth child in December, we were extremely disappointed with Exeter Chrysler after purchasing a used 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Within a day, we noticed an issue with the reverse gear, which worsened over three weeks until the van could barely move backward. I kept the salesperson informed via messages, but they never suggested bringing it in for inspection—just offered vague fixes that didn’t work. After three weeks, I took the van to That Tint Guy for transmission repairs. Their technician, Allen, test-drove it and confirmed a serious issue, requiring a $4,700 rebuild. Allen highly recommended I contact Exeter Chrysler first to see if they could help. I called, and the owner, John, said they couldn’t assist. I proceeded with the repair at That Tint Guy, who did excellent work. When I followed up with John and told him I had already fixed the van, he claimed he could have helped if I’d brought it in—contradicting his earlier refusal. This left us with a huge bill just weeks after buying a van we needed for our growing family. The lack of support and inconsistency was frustrating. Buyers, inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchasing here.

I bought a Jeep in the summer. They had exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and not pushy. Nice family run business. I had many questions and all were answered. Bought a '16 journey less than a year ago. They flaunted that they dont miss details because "we got the brand name" on the roof. I pointed out some minor issues w the vehicle, such as water in a headlight, which they brushed off as a "temporary condensation" issue and the "lights will burn off the moisture when you run it a few times"... its been 6+ months and the water remains. When i went back a week after purchase to point out some other things i had discovered, they shrugged it off. When i reminded them that they are "professionals with name on the roof" they said they don't deal with small issues. Pick a lane bros. Also brought the car in for a service to Townline and they've notified me that they put an air filter on the engine that was too small. At least mark the finance guy had some cool tattoos. More like chrysler dodgy. Avoid if possible.
