UPDATE: After some back and forth, the dealership did end up replacing all four tires at no cost, which I appreciate. That said, the process to get there was frustrating. The car failed Massachusetts inspection immediately after purchase due to dry rot on the tires. Communication was slow, and I felt like I had to push quite a bit to get the issue addressed. In the end, they did the right thing, but I wish it had been handled more proactively and with better communication from the start. …….. I recently purchased a Subaru Forester and overall had a very positive experience with Abbie Harris. I’m really happy with the car and excited about my purchase. Abbie was friendly, kind, and clearly working hard throughout the process. I appreciated her effort and positive attitude. One area the dealership really needs to improve is communication around key fobs. I didn’t find out until after I had signed all the paperwork that only one key was included, which was frustrating and felt like an important detail that should have been disclosed upfront. It also resulted in an unexpected additional expense of around $300. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and I would still recommend the dealership.

Love my new Forester! Buying it was a great experience. A pleasant experience. David was super friendly and helpful with no pressure whatsoever. Our current vehicle is my 3rd Subaru — and this one (a 2005 Subaru Legacy Outback) has been a treasure — 13 au pairs and both of my daughters have counted it as reliable, safe transportation. Abbie Harris is a joy to behold! The moment I walked through the doors at Exeter Subaru, Abbie greeted me. I knew immediately that she would put me at ease. She’s very easy to work with because she listens, and checks in with you regarding your ideas, questions, preferences. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership and staff! They helped me secure my exact WRX I was looking for in a week when I thought I was going to wait a few months!
