I didn’t think it was possible to top the service at Dartmouth Hyundai. But moving here four ago, I found Experience Hyundai Charlottetown. I am amazed by this business and the service they provide. I have a very strong relationship with my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. It is a unicorn and like a comfortable pair of shoes. My attachment involves me teaching both my daughters to drive a manual transmission with it being rare 6 speed. It brought my husband and I back and forth to and from Nova Scotia countless times in all weather. Meeting Rafael and Jodi in the service area has always been such a pleasure. They have been so thoughtful and professional in every possible way in the care of my special car. They have such good humor too and I’m sure the area can be very busy and not always stress free. They are the face of kindness when you need support. Then the videos of what is taking place with your car -just amazing and so reassuring. Such a pleasure to have a coffee while waiting. Recently had pleasure of meeting Blair and Mo who make the place so inviting and organized. Then meeting Drew who was exceptional on his care for us as we bought another car. His calm and professional approach so appreciated. He takes the time to check in to say hello even when we were not ready to buy. It’s like buying a car from a family member. Patient and explaining all the steps. Jesse is great too and very professional in explaining the finance stuff. The whole team is outstanding. This is my fourth Hyundai now and I am a massive fan of the vehicle it’s comfort, reliability and safety. Then the service and experience just wonderful.
