My wife and I were looking for a dependable commuter car for me to drive to work on a daily basis now that the cost of diesel is so high and found this 2012 Subaru Impreza at Explorer Auto Sales in Greenville, NC. Right away we were impressed with how incredibly nice and polite Ilyas was and for the fact that the Carfax report was included on the listing on their website, so right away we felt that they were not trying to hide anything. He gave us the key and stated if we had any questions at all to feel free to ask. We were free to check out the vehicle on our own with absolutely no pressure from a salesperson and was allowed to take it for a test drive. When we decided this was the vehicle we were going to purchase, Ilyas took all the time we needed to listen and answer all of our questions. The experience of purchasing a used vehicle usually carries a certain stigma about it but not here. If you're in the market for a dependable used vehicle at a fair price, I would suggest paying this business a visit. Ilyas and Josh are great people and will take good care of you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience was smooth overall. The staff was helpful, patient, and made the process easy and stress-free. They answered my questions and I felt supported during the purchase. However, shortly after buying the car, I started experiencing some issues with it. I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this currently waiting on a response. Overall, I’m thankful for the service during the buying process.

This place is horrible!!!! We bought our son a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder at this location in Greenville. We were told everything was great with this vehicle, within first week, we had tire to blow out and had to replace it, then on the 3rd week of owning vehicle, the engine light came on- took to local repair shop to have it checked out- they stated when they put it on their diagnostic machine- it appeared to have been tampered with- the repair place suggested that we contact dealership to see if they had proof that car had been checked out properly and cleared for sale. The manager was rude, not helpful, and basically told us that we would just have to sue them- that they weren't gonna do anything to make it right- such as help with repairs that were needed. These problems were not knew and were purposefully hidden from us at the time of sell. We have not even driven the car 400 miles and still waiting for tags to come in the mail, yet we paid over 11,000 for vehicle that we can't even drive now. Run don't walk away from this dealership!!!! We got burned big time
