I am so pleased with my experience at Express Dyersburg Chevrolet! Everything from setting up a test drive to purchasing my new Chevy Trax was easy and, surprisingly, FUN! Most importantly, Amy listened to what I wanted and that's where she focused. Not once did she try to steer me in a different direction. In this day of modern technology, it’s easy to find a car on the Internet, but the real point comes in. Is it a legitimate transaction? Is it a legitimate dealership? How do they treat their people?. My experience with the express at dryers Berg Chevrolet Tn. Has been top shelf they were polite. They were courteous. They did everything they could to try to answer the questions that I had. They responded to me in a quick and swift way, trying to make a decision on a Hard to find a product that they had in stock and gave me great guidance through the entire transaction or quite pleasant to deal with. I think them very much for making this a very good experience.

I had a great experience with Express while getting my oil changed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The process from dropping my car off to picking it up was smooth from start to finish. It took them about an hour after I dropped off my vehicle. Very quick and efficient! I really appreciate how easy they made everything.

I live in Kentucky and me and my husband was on way to Dr. Appointment in Memphis when my motor blew and they were the first place we picked to have car towed. I am glad we picked Expressway in Dyersburgh. They are the nicest people there and while they had my car I called and checked to see how things were going because we had to wait on motor and they were so nice and professional with me.
