Integrity over everything. The best experience in Ontario. I cannot recommend Cam and Hannah at Expressway Ford highly enough. I came to them in the middle of a complex trade reversal with another dealer, and the level of transparency, patience, instantaneous communication, and professionalism they showed was world-class. Unlike the 'big city' high-pressure tactics I experienced elsewhere, Cam was a straight shooter from minute one. He worked with me (long distance) through a difficult trade-in process, and even when my trade-in developed eleventh-hour issues (due to sitting at another lot for 30+ days), Cam and his service team handled it with total grace. They didn’t use it as an excuse to 'grind' the numbers; they stayed committed to the deal and the relationship. Hannah in Finance was equally impressive. She was efficient, clear, and zero pressure. I drove away in a 2019 Lexus RX 450h that was in immaculate condition, exactly as described. If you want a dealership that values its reputation and its customers more than a quick buck, go see Cam. It was well worth the drive to New Hamburg. A+.

The worst service. I had a truck that was leaking for almost 3 years. By the end the manager was more fed up with me than the incompetence of his team. I bought a brand new truck so I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff. They made me pay for a 3rd brake light that I now wonder if it was ever the issue or they just assumed. The head of the detail department was the only bright spot of this whole experience. He found 'another' leak from the antenna that he said was installed improperly at the factory. My truck smelled like mold/mildew even still after this. I never got my money back for a service that was never completed, I even told the service manager that I wanted to trade it in to them because I was done and they didn't want my money. They just avoided my phonecalls by the end. Oh and don't bother with Ford Customer Satisfaction, apparently it's my fault I bought a brand new leaky truck. I will never come back here for service. I have already traded in my truck for a new one. Edit: I love the response. Everyone that can click on my profile can see I don't leave bad reviews. You are the only one. And you can stand behind your team all you want but Trevor(the service manager) is aware of all the issues I was having. I stand by this review and I will warn anyone and everyone of the horrible service. (The Detail manager can't remember his name is the exception. He was a beauty) It was never completed. I should've got the money back for the "service" I paid for. And the third brake light that was probably never leaking in the first place. Ford Canada was contacted, they gave me a free scheduled maintenance plan on my new vehicle and will be doing an audit on expressway!! Good luck

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My first visit there and I will continue to bring my truck here for any service that it requires. They only performed the work that I had asked for and nothing more. At a previous dealership that I was using, they would do other work to my vehicle without asking my consent first. It was a constant argument with that dealership so I left. I am very happy to say that Expressway Ford does exactly what the customer wants. Thanks for the great service.

Both times I've bought here have been smooth sailing. Steve and Hanna are awesome and got me back on the road in no time!
