We enjoyed our experience purchasing a mobility van from AZ Mobility Center. Scott was helpful and took his time to ensure we got the right vehicle for my needs. He wasn't overly pushy for one style or another and quickly got us the next vehicle we had picked out to look at. They've been quick with follow up post sale. Their prices are truly the best after a lot of research on mobility vans.
So my dad has been on two artificial legs for over 15 years he finally gave in and sat down a little bit and got an electric wheelchair after looking around at several Lots in California we decided to go to Arizona Mobility to look at at a MV one mobile vehicle it was everything we expected in more Scott that work there did a great job with us and has a great temperament for dealing with elderly people. We wanted to thank you for helping us get a vehicle that was truly a great price and everything we expected help my father with his independence and Mobility attached is a picture of my father happy in the Arizona desert with his badass ride. Thank you !!! TIBOR J FARKAS.
We bought a van from here when it was Arizona Mobility Center two and a half years ago. The sales guy was very nice. However, since the purchase we have had problems with the side ram and motor. They just kept saying motors are something you will always have to change. We are on our third one. We took our van to United Access this time because I was told by a rep at AZMC now EZ Mobility Direct they don't work on the vans and it's out of warranty. The guys was VERY rude and short. United Access said a motor should last a life time. We have found out this van has a bent sliding door from being in a accident ( before us) which causes the door not to open all the way. Due to alignment issues it has caused $5,000 worth of work having to be done. We told AZMC right after purchase that a airbag light wouldn't turn off. We were told it's because we have the passenger seat out. This again was not true. It's the skirt airbag on the driver side with faulty wiring which is another $1,000 to fix. We also showed them when they were supposed to fix the ramp motor the 2nd time of a wire around the passenger siding door. We were told o it's nothing just tape it to the inside of the door and everything with be fine. Well it's actually the sensor for the door to know to open back up because something is in the way. Kinda important if you ask me. I won't get started with the amount of rust this thing has. Buyers be warn about this place. I have had others tell me bad experiences from this same place. Don't be fooled by the nice compassionate sales guy.
Ryan was very helpful and kind. He guided me through every step of the process. I would recommend EZmobility Direct to anyone that needs to buy or sell their accessible vehicle.
Scott was fantastic to work with. No pressure and he was great about answering all of our questions. The shipment of our new vehicle back to our home in Colorado was painless. We looked at their inventory while visiting Arizona and filled out all the paperwork through e-mail. What a great experience. I look forward to using Arizona Mobility for our next van!
