Hopefully, this post is to the intended dealership. I have had a few issues with trying to delete and rewrite my original post. I inadvertently called this dealership and spoke with Vlad. He has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person that I’ve ever come across in the car sales industry. He was very knowledgeable and freely extended information about my vehicle to provide longevity. I am extremely grateful and thankful for his help. My intention was to discuss a possible trade on my 96 Toyota Hilux. Who in the automotive business would talk someone out of a possible purchase and advise them to keep their vehicle and do these repairs and it will likely last longer. Thank you Vlad.

Absolutely incredible experience buying from Factory Right Hand Drive! My husband and I were looking for a family car but were having no luck finding affordable, well made/maintained vehicles, with low milage until we stumbled upon Factory Right Hand Drive. Vlad's thorough video of the vehicle, along with his responsiveness to any questions we had made us confident in purchasing the vehicle and having it delivered. Even after purchasing the vehicle Vlad has been super responsive to any other questions we've had. We love our new-to-us 1996 Honda StepWgn. We were worried about adjusting to Right Hand driving, insuring, and registering the car, but all has been incredibly smooth. We highly recommend buying from Vlad if you are in the market for a affordable and well cared for vehicle!

I bought a 2000 Estima 4wd from Vlad. He's the shop on the right. I used to be mechanic and when I tell you this guy has attention to detail I mean it! He changed all the fluids and greased everything and made sure everything was right with the vehicle and he gave me a 1 month power train warranty while using it to deliver mail which a month of delivering mail is like 6 months normal driving. The vehicle is amazing and it's clean inside and out and the whole transaction when smoothly. He's a good mechanic and a good salesman. I highly recommend him. Pick him over Tech motors which is on the left. Both are good people but, I prefer doing business with Vlad. He's a really cool dude and will treat you right. A++ rating. Best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm 42 years old if that tells you anything. 5 stars!

He made sure everything on the car was working properly, replaced old parts with new ones, and didn’t cut any corners.
