I dissatisfacted with the recent service I received at your establishment. I had my F150 inspected and requested a check of my coolant system back in June. Unfortunately, I am now facing a severe coolant leak issue that was not present before, and it has deteriorated to a point where the leak is visible to the naked eye. Furthermore, I am unable to understand why my vehicle's coolant valve cannot be opened. This situation is incredibly distressing and inconvenient for me as a customer. The coolant issue was brought to your attention during the inspection, and while I entrusted your staff to diagnose and resolve the problem, it appears that the issue has worsened since your inspection.

The service department here was terrific. They helped us understand the problem and helped us make an educated decision on how to proceed.
