We have worked with Fairbanks Nissan twice now in the last 8years . The sales manager Debbie is awesome. You can tell she truly cares about helping you get in to the vehicle you need AND want. She’s gone above and beyond both times to get an approval on a loan in non ideal situations . We’ve left in a vehicle we loved and wanted and most importantly a manageable contract and payment. Kelsey was great as well. Personable and kind and very helpful. Shorty, in the service department went ahead and put a new battery in the truck instead of just charging up the one that had been in there although that would have probably been sufficient. Left us feeling confident in bringing our new truck back for maintenance without feeling like we’ll be roped into unnecessary services. Overall, Fairbanks Nissan is for the people! :) Thanks Again .

Outstanding experience all the way around. Was treated horribly by the Toyota dealership in town and came here on a recommendation.
