Fairfield Chevrolet

This was the worst service I've had in my entire life, and I am a chevy owner! If this is how they treat me then this will be the last chevy I ever buy. All I needed was 2 tires put on and some wiper blades. I was quoted about 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes max. 3 hours and 30 minutes later I'm finally getting my car back. So I guess it takes 1 1/2 hours per tire??? There was an entire hour my car was just sitting there I could see it. They did offer me a discount for my service, unfortunately it was bitter sweet, because when I got home, I noticed they never replaced my caps for the tires! All 4 are missing! I had 1 extra at home I threw on there. Then I wake up to take my car to work, my tire is flat! They never tightened the valve stem on my right rear tire! I had to take the tire off and take it somewhere to get looked at because I didnt know why it was leaking. I had to call in sick for work! Ive never felt so stupid to have a Chevy in my life. Will not be returning to this shop ever again. Also, why am I still getting calls that service is due on my car, which I already brought in for service? This feels like a joke, I've never had such a poor experience.

Sophia was very nice and professional and attentive. I came and hour early to my appointment and made the effort to take care of my truck. This is why I stay and only go to chevrolet dealerships. Best part is that Sophia and the chevrolet team are just down the street from my work. Plus they have coffee, water and fruit! And a simple truck wash to top it off on a Friday! Amazing! Ruben

Today I had a great experience at Fairfield Chevrolet Service Center. Sophia helped me, and I am grateful for her excellent customer service and professionalism. She and the repair technicians worked wonders. I had an appointment in the morning and my repair was completed by the afternoon. I appreciate that sophia kept me informed about the status of my repair through clear and helpful communication. Considering it, I appreciate the care and level of service I received. Sophia always exceeds my expectations when I come for services on my brand new Silverado. I am always very happy with the services. She is very kind, respectful, and sweet. I highly appreciate the level of care and respect I receive from her. I bought all three of my trucks from here.

Sayed and Sophia were very efficient, friendly, and awesome. They truly take care of their customers and all their needs. My vehicle was in the bodyshop for repairs and they provided me with a loaner vehicle and also detailed my vehicle. I am so happy with all repairs and all the services from the autobody Sayed is very professional and Sophia is a sweetheart!! Highly recommend
