I would not go anywhere else. I had a great experience with them. As I have in the past. My vehicle was in an accident. They were very helpful when I called to check up on the status and were very detailed with what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone. They were promt with the time lines and informed me of any delays. Awesome place to go for collision damage.

Very happy with the work they did on our Rav 4 Sport. We had extensive front end damage from hitting a deer. They fixed everything and made it look brand new and washed it. They had it all done in three weeks not bad seeing how it was around Thanksgiving when they got our vehicle in. They also kept us very informed on what was going on. I would recommend them to anyone that needs professional work done to their vehicle.

This is the second time they fixed my car after an accident. They did a great job. I got my car inspected & oil changed today and they saw my car when i had my accident and they said whoever fixed my car did an excellent job. Thank you! It looks like brand new again.

My truck needed major front-end repair after I was involved in an accident. The only reason I selected this body shop was because I needed a loaner car while they worked on my truck. They ended up having it for two months. Upon getting it back, my check engine light and airbag sensor lights were both on. I called them and they said it's probably nothing to worry about and it should disappear within seconds after starting the vehicle. However, it never went away. It was concerning to me because they "fixed" the module and various things after my airbag went off in the accident. I was on my way home from work one night and my truck completely shut off. I didn't have steering or brakes. The next morning I called them to see what could have caused that to happen. They said it was probably related to the accident and they would send a tow truck to the location and drop off a loaner and take my truck to a dealership. A few days later I got a call from the fairfield dealership in Lewisburg. He explained what the possible issue was and I declined service. When I went to pick it up the next day, I had a bill for $425. I could not believe it. Not once did they go over services with me on the phone or explain the costs of anything. I never gave a verbal authorization for them to do anything. I will never go to any fairfield business ever again, and I do not recommend you do either. They are in it to rip people off. Stay away from them!

Wife's car was scheduled to win September 11th for a 7-Day repair pick the vehicle up today and noticed they did not fix the mirror or the door handle said they never noticed it even though they took photos of it so now it's off to another body shop to have that repaired worst Body Shop to deal with is there an hour and a half away and was recommended by the Cadillac dealer take your vehicle to them a bunch of people that try and shortcut everything and not repair right turn to thousand dollar car into a thousand dollar car I wouldn't recommend them to paint a bicycle detector took the mirror and the door handle off never noticed the gouges in an unbelievable
