Fairfield Subaru

Kyler is a great agent. We've been looking online for an SUV, contacted Kyler several times, inquiring about different vehicles. He answers every time, no question, no pressure to visit. This is about 2 months of texting. We found what we think is good and contacted Kyler for us to visit. When we arrived, the vehicle is ready for us, which is great. We discovered a missing feature and Kyler quickly found one with it. We test drove 2026 Forester Premium with an option package. It's perfect for what we are looking for and in the price we agreed. In short, we are an owner of a brand new Forester.

Izzy Crosson was the Delivery Specialist for my new 2026 Forester Sport. Izzy was very knowledgeable about my car, and she went over all the technology and automotive features. Roberto, Josh, and Charlie (the cat) were super warm and welcoming. They got me test driving something in my price range right away and showed me different vehicles and options to best suit my needs as a traveling health care worker. I’m confident they got me the car that will be the most cost and gas efficient for me moving forwards and enough trunk space for all my materials. I was really happy with the rate and discounts they were able to work out for me and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything was done and completed. I started at 9:30 am and had the car delivered cleaned and fueled up to my apartment by 1 pm. Roberto stayed for a bit too to make sure I had everything set up and knew the features of the car. I feel really good about joining the Subaru family for the first time.

I can’t recommend the Fairfield Subaru location enough!! Kyler helped me on Monday and it was the BEST experience. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and he made the process incredibly easy. I also really appreciated how upfront and honest he was. He took the time to explain everything to me and really helped me feel confident in my decision. I can’t thank him enough! Veeda in the financing department was also amazing and SO helpful! This was the first time I went to a car dealership and felt no pressure and it was very refreshing. Everyone I came in contact with was really great and made my day that much better :) I won’t be needing a car anytime soon but if you do, you should definitely go here :) & again, thank you guys for the amazing process and the new car!!!

I would definitely recommend working with Fairfield Subaru. I was able to take care of most of the process up front by email. Kyler was super easy to work with. Very transparent from the start and never any pressure. That continued when we came in person. The whole process was very smooth, it was less than two hours from arriving to leaving with a new car.
