He walked me through everything I needed to know about the car, financing, warranty, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the whole process. Hes not one of the pushy sales people so many other dealerships have, he's there to genuinely help you get into a car you'll love. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Andrew, Al and Brandon all took great care of me. There was another gentleman in financing that was also very nice but I had limited interaction with him and I don't remember his name (I'm sorry!). The whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured and believe we all got a fair deal. I took a test drive on my own. When I came back I briefly spoke with Andrew and AL before I went home because they were closing and I didn't want to keep them after hours. I was sent a secure link via email to start the financing application process. I filled it out and got approved while the dealership printed out most of the paperwork prior to my arrival the next day. After a few signatures and a down payment I was off the lot in my new vehicle. I had to finish some finance paperwork via a zoom call a couple days after leaving the dealership.
