I recently purchased a vehicle from Fairfield’s Buick GMC, and it was easily the best dealership experience I’ve had. I’ve purchased vehicles in both RI and MA in the past and have dealt with more than a few negative, high-pressure situations, so I wasn’t expecting to be impressed. But Fairfield’s proved me wrong in every way. Nathan, the sales consultant, was outstanding. His knowledge of the GMC Sierra EV was thorough, detailed, and far beyond what I’ve experienced at other dealerships. He took the time to walk through every feature and answer every question without rushing or pressuring me. In the finance office, Kevin was equally excellent. He was transparent, professional, and respectful of what I did and didn’t want. He didn’t try to upsell me on products I wasn’t interested in, and he explained everything clearly. The pricing on the truck was the best in all of New England, and the document fees were transparent and low, which is rare these days. I’m genuinely glad I made the 2.5-hour drive from Rhode Island — it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty, knowledge, and customer service, I highly recommend Fairfield’s Buick GMC. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for my next vehicle.

I have been leasing from Fairfield’s for some time now, but my most recent experience getting intro a new lease vehicle was one of the best experience Ive had. I came in with a very limited budget, minimal money down, and a lot of questions. Nathan and Kevin met me where I was at and moved mountains to make sure I got into something I could not only afford but something I actually WANT to drive.
