⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just purchased my new 2026 Ford F-150 STX and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I traded in my Honda Ridgeline and was honestly surprised at how amazing the trade-in offer was. They also honored the employee pricing discount even though I’m not an employee, which made the deal even better. Liz helped me out throughout the process, answered all my questions, and showed me all the amazing features the F-150 has to offer. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and respectful the entire process was. No pushy sales tactics, no games, and no stressful haggling back and forth. Everything was transparent, easy to understand, and handled professionally. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats people fairly and umakes the buying process simple, I highly recommend them. Had a first great buying experience at this dealership. Purchased a used Subie from their lot. Car sales guy Valentin was awesome, friendly, professional and made the buying process super easy and hassle free. Other staff who got me the best loan and who sealed the deal with paperwork also sup friendly guys and helpful in answering all my questions. Great vibes at this dealership!

Jeremy was literally so much help for the purchase of my new Raptor! Made the entire process so easy for me and even delivered it all the way to AZ! It came clean and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another vehicle other than ford. This thing RIPS! I immediately took it off roading the next day and I was beyond stoked! First off, the appointments don't seem to matter. I had the first appointment at 7am, and was first in line when they opened. When I inquired about how long my oil change would take, I was told "about an hour, as all my guys aren't here yet." Why have appointments that early if you aren't going to have the staff to cover it? After an hour and twenty minutes I finally inquired about how much longer, and I was told my car would be right out. I was also told my engine light was on, and I explained that we had it hooked up already, and know it is the hill assist. When it came time to leave, my car felt a little funny driving out, but I was so anxious to get home after working all night, that I thought little about it. Well, I didn't even get half a mile away when I became unable to shift. (I have a manual transmission.) My car worked fine before this oil change. I had to pull over. Of course I called Ford, because at this point I am sure I am going to have to have it towed back to them, and all I got was Ford trying to negate responsibility. The guy again, trying to negate responsibility, brought up the engine light, and I again told him what that was, and that I had proof. He also kept asking me how an oil change could cause that, but if you Google "manual transmission won’t shift after oil change" it's actually quite common. In the end, after letting my car sit running for a couple of minutes, I was able to put the car into reverse. That seemed to reset everything, and I was able to get my manual transmission back into all the other gears so I could drive home. What an ordeal for a simple oil change though. I have everything documented. I also told the guy at Ford to do the same, because if this becomes an ongoing issue, I will sue them for the cost of fixing my vehicle, as well as the work lost while my car is getting fixed. P.S. I only turned down the recommended 100,000 mile service because we already have it scheduled with our regular mechanic, who is much more affordable than the dealership. I have had all the regular maintenance done on this vehicle since I purchased it in 2018. The only reason I even came to Ford for my oil change, was because Ford had a free oil change promotion going on for owners.
