From the moment I stepped foot into Fairway Chevrolet on Sahara, Adrian introduced himself with a smile and a firm handshake. From the first conversation, I could instantly tell he was passionate about what he does! I also had the pleasure of meeting Adil. Most salespeople can come across as pushy or aggressive, but these guys took a more relaxed and genuine approach, and that made all the difference. I honestly felt like I had known them for years! The customer service was superb — I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I’ve bought multiple cars from Fairway over the years, and every experience has been different, but I always leave with a smile. These two definitely deserve two thumbs up! We had a pretty bad experience with the service dept. BUT I went today to see what I could do and walked out with a Chevy blazer. Jordan is awesome, she is upfront and was honest about what was available to me in my current situation. She showed my wife multiple options until she found the correct fit for us never rushed us or got impatient, she made my disabled wife's access and comfortability top priority which meant the world to me. Her customer service is impeccable and when I am ready to upgrade my personal vehicle I will be going to Fairway and directly to Jordan and you can take that to the bank.

A huge shoutout to Sam, the salesman who helped me. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. He really went above and beyond to make the experience great. Overall, it was a fantastic car-buying experience, and I’m extremely happy with my new vehicle. I had such a great experience getting my new Chevrolet Equinox EV! Freddie and Karina were super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process really smooth.
