Went to the dealership in Henderson for my son to buy a truck! My son AND the salesman agreed on an out the door price. Come to find out it was a honest mistake on the salesman part supposedly. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership bcuz the salesman made a mistake and the sales manager was in the office when he admitted the mistake. The sales manager was unwilling to make things right and missed selling a vehicle. Then the sales manager had the nerve to say he can take the truck to the auction tomorrow and make more off of it than what my son was willing to pay. AFTER they check his credit score they changed the out the door price. Bad business all the way around. If the price of the truck is $49,999 and he put $2500 down it would make the total $47,499 not $51,044 which is what they are saying. Shady stuff is happening at the dealership and the sales manager is a part of it. Their mission statement looks good on paper but is horrible when it comes down to it and they do not honor it.
