FAIRWAY FORD

John and Cody were so amazing in helping me choose the right vehicle. They had no problem with me test driving many of them before I finally decided. I never felt pressured at all. They knew I wanted to drive my new Explorer out of the showroom so they filled it with fuel and then put it back so I could have the “official” drive out. It was so fun and I’m so excited to be driving it now! Dealing with Fairway Ford was such a good experience and I will never go anywhere else!

Mina and Zach were such great help with picking out & purchasing my new Bronco. The process was easy, I didn’t feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships, I got a fair trade in price on my previous vehicle, and all the staff there were so friendly and personable. Great service usually. But I called service because my 23 f150 would not start. I told them the codes and what was happening and they said call a tow truck, bring it in. He showed up, placed a small charger on battery(which I have in my cab) and it started right away. It wasn't a low battery issue it just needed to be reset. Why didn't Ford know this? Fortunately It was a nice day and tow truck didn't take long. I've had issues over the years and Fairway has always been able to help. I think this time she didn't want to bother. So I will keep this in mind when looking for another Ford. I have four from F150-450.
