Fairway Subaru

My wife and I went to Fairway Subaru in search of a Forester that we had saw on their website. Their pricing seemed reasonable, that's what brought us to Fairway. When we arrived, right away we saw a Subaru Forester that was on the lot near the entrance that caught our attention right away. So, we went inside the showroom and a gentleman by the name of Chris Gilchrist walked up and asked if he could be of help, and we said you sure can. We explained to him that there's a Subaru Forester that caught our attention and we are very much interested in. He took us for a test drive and right away, we fell in love with the vehicle. Mr Chris Gilchrist was an A-Class professional who really knows his stuff, and was very personable and helpful from the beginning to the end of our experience at Fairway. We came to the dealership without the intention of buying a car that day (03/18/2026). We wanted to test drive to feel the Subaru Ascent. Joseph (on the sales department) was phenomenal from his mannerisms to answering all of our questions. We highly recommend every big company to have a Joseph like the one we met. He was very attentive to our needs not being pushy nor just trying to make a sale but he really listen to the customers needs and he has a great knowledge and explained really well all the “button”functions of the car. With that being said, it made so easy to have business with him and we decided to buy the car that evening of course filling up all the paperwork the following day (today 03/19/2026). We never had a Subaru before and we are super happy with our Ascent 2026. We have 3 little ones and we focus on safety 1st, followed by comfort, and what they offer. It is a sharp car! Thank you Joseph once again for the smooth transaction. P.S: Management he needs a big promotion on his job. He totally deserves. WE ARE SO IN LOVE WITH THE CAR! Thank you Zach Billings and Jay Ely for a quick, relatively easy trade up experience. Zach made every effort to assure I was getting a mutually acceptable price for the exact 2026 Outback Wilderness that met my needs. The Geyser Blue with running boards and the numerous 2026 redesigns are a great fit for me. Zach is polite, professional and expressed every effort to assist in assuring I had chosen the exact vehicle I desired. Zach offered test drives, offered opportunity to see all the outback’s available, reviewed the detail differences of each Outback model. After purchase, Jay and Zach have returned my calls when I had minor comments or questions. Zach has also assisted me, after purchase reviewing some cabin function controls that I had forgotten. I am very pleased with the road handling of my 2026 Outback wilderness. I like the cabin upgrades. The Geyser blue color and appearance is sharp. I would have preferred Subaru kept with a Yokohama tire. I would purchase from Fairway Subaru again. The 4 star review reflects my belief that any transaction has room for improvement.

I had no idea buying a new car could be so easy! Subaru has a great Trade Up program. I was able to get 1.9% APR on a new Subaru Crosstrek. Professional staff with no pressure to buy. Just a great price! Jay Ely took care of me and made sure I was happy. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership!
