I can't say enough about what a great dealership and buying experience Falvey's provided to me. I was shopping for a specific used car and had called and visited a number of Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in NH and MA (I live in MA) and eventually found a good candidate vehicle at Falvey's through an online search. The price was very competitive and the sales rep on the phone listened well and was very knowledgeable. As someone who has worked in Sales myself for decades, I didn't feel like I was being sold-to. Rather I was simply being helped to find a vehicle that met MY needs at the right price. I actually put down a deposit sight-unseen, which I have never done on a vehicle purchase before, and when I got to the dealership, the car was everything they had confirmed and more. The team at Falvey's were congenial with me and with each other, and they all seemed like they had worked there for years - a rarity at most dealerships. I had some questions after I got the car home and they provided great follow-up as well. These folks are a pleasure to do business with.

I’ve owned about 16 new vehicles in my lifetime and I’ve never had such a bad experience as I had with Falvey motors. I went in for service on 3-4 issues I was having and after two days of them having my truck and $557 later NOTHING was fixed because they “Couldn’t” find anything wrong. lol. Even after sending them a video of water leaking into my 2022 Ram. I will walk before I use these clowns. Next I’m reaching out to Chrysler/Ram. Garbage company Update: I called the dealership to speak to the general manager and was told he was in an interview and he would call me back. Well he never called me back. And all the issues I explained for the service are still ongoing. But they got my money so I guess they’re happy.
