Love my car. The people are nice. My issue with this particular Family Auto is… I was told that the car was $15999.00 and I was ok with that. I was tired and had just gotten of my 5th night of 3rd shift and I needed a car so I made my down payment.. then we going over my payment schedule and she say ok so the total payoff will be $23 thousand dollars… I’m looking at her, she looking at me and I’m like, on a 2011 Mazda.. this is crazy work, but I had already given them my down payment and I needed a car that day. To refund my money would have taken up to 10 business days and I didn’t have that type of time.. just makes sure to go over your payment schedule prior to applying your down payment. That’s my only issue with them thus far.

It's a good place to go if you're looking for a good used car and you don't have excellent credit or enough money to pay cash for one. They are nice and go out of their way to get you in a vehicle. They work with you regardless of your credit rating and if you do buy a car from them they report your on time payments to the credit bureau so that will help build your score up. I would recommend this place.

Very bad customer service. I Called about a truck and was transferred to sales. I talked to Ted he was very short with me. In the middle of me asking him another question he decided to hang up on me. I then call back and talk to a manager never got his name until I asked for it. I believe his name was Brian. He got my name and number but never called me back. They said that there a finance company, they don't sell cars there i suppose. Didn't even offer me to come in to talk to them in person very disrespectful. I definitely won't be doing business with them. They are not professional and they do not care about individuals.

Terrible. They take your money and give you a lemon! Honestly! Stay clear! Proof is there! They work with Rowlands automotive in Anderson, SC. Don’t! Just don’t!

Probably the worst place to get a car… Got mine with the hood latch broken,A/C out and all the automatic door locks didnt work.The key fob to unlock the doors also didnt work.. Brought it to their attention prior to purchasing it and they did nothing about it. Would not even recommend to my worst enemy…
