I’ve worked with many car dealers over the years, and without a doubt, my best experience has been with Family Auto and Truck Center. I purchased a 2013 Jeep, and shortly after driving it off the lot, a couple of engine lights came on and it started to run rough. I brought it back, and Hoss assured me he would take care of it. This was an “as is” deal, so he had no obligation to fix anything. Still, Hoss had all the issues repaired, which I know wasn’t cheap. His actions proved that maintaining a strong reputation matters more to him than maximizing profit. I would wholeheartedly recommend buying a vehicle from Hoss.
