Family Hyundai

First time buyers at Family Hyundai and my wife and I were both extremely impressed. We were greeted by Jose who took us around for a tour of their new vehicle models as and explained current dealer incentives. He was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable. We immediately were able to go on a few test drives and fell in love with the new Tucson. It had all the new technology, safety features, cameras and warranty options we were looking for. When we decided to make a deal, we were greeted by the GM named Graham. He was very professional, super friendly, and had a laid-back, no pushy attitude we both enjoyed. Buying a new car is never something we look forward to but Family Hyundai made the process as smooth as possible. We were very happy overall with the dealership, salesman, selection of vehicles available, and even the in person meeting with the GM. We would recommend this dealership to our family and friends and look forward to buying our next new car from them as well!

No one greeted or helped out although established arrival time over the phone.Had a good dealer but not a great financial advisor here. My vehicle is financed via Hyundai yet no loyalty program available, no reward for being on time with payments or for seeking to trade in a desirable car. Be aware that Hyundai has issues with backup camera as is not switching off timely, with quick lower gear switching as when you need to slow down fast and is rolling when using parking brake. Moreover head rests push you forward causing improper body alignment.I would not buy again a SUV here.I was not the only unhappy client; as we exited another couple stated: now let’s see some Volvos - which are next door.

I never leave reviews unless I’ve got a complaint haha. But this is the opposite experience! I have to say, Mayweather Shorter is THE gold standard for excellent leadership and long term customer experience. He listened carefully for what I wanted. Did NOT try to oversell or upsell me. Connected genuinely and told me all about the car based on what I needed. Given my busy schedule as a traveling doctor he appraised my car as I shopped around at other dealers. But I had to come back to Hyundai because the Palisade Calligraphy and Mayweather’s service were head and shoulders above Lexus and Kia, which I was also considering. Even moreso, I forgot to verify my Bluelink registration and Mayweather gave me his personal number and was on standby to make sure I got my app ready to roll even when i didn’t complete the setup on time. When you get to Family Hyundai ask for Mayweather and watch him exceed your expectations!

We returned to Family Hyundai to purchase a new SUV. Hyundai rocks with the long warranties and high tech, so it was a simple decision to return to buy another vehicle, after our 2023 Elantra Limited hybrid and our 2024 Elantra Limited. ***OMAR AHMED was a 10 out of 10 G.O.A.T. salesman.*** He explained car features perfectly. He excitedly explained everything, was patient, and is so friendly. He makes the experience feel like you are his friend or family member. He's a good guy. We spent a few hours deciding between the Kona Limited and the Tuscon Limited AWD Hybrid. The hybrid Tuscon won us over! It is an absolute delight. I highly suggest the Tuscon as a family car & especially the Limited AWD Hybrid version, if possible. Wow, wow, and more wow with the high tech features, comfort, and ease of driving! I'm very surprised that Omar's (our salesperson's) assistance did not end at sales. He has helped with car questions later as well.

Just bought my first car (a '26 Sonata N-line) through Mark Holder and can definitely say that I appreciate both his efforts and behavior. Super nice guy who valued my father and I's time while making it an overall very smooth and worry-free experience. Would buy from him again. Thank you, Mark! The rest of the experience was also pretty solid, very friendly place and not too pushy as I know some dealers can be.
