An Exceptional Experience Even Though We Didn't Buy We never really considered Mazdas in the past, but with improving ratings and competitive pricing, we decided to check them out at Family Mazda in Bossier, LA. From the start, Darby (Sales) was outstanding. He lined us up with several test drives for the vehicles we were interested in. We initially came to see the CX-50 Hybrid since it didn't have a turbo, but we also ended up testing the CX-5 and CX-90. Of the three, we liked the CX-90 the best, though we had some concerns about the 6-cylinder turbo engine in that model. What truly set this dealership apart was what happened next. The sales manager brought out the lead mechanic, and we had an honest, thorough conversation about what they'd seen with the CX-90. Their transparency made us feel much more informed and comfortable. In the end, we decided to go with a Toyota to get the larger SUV without the turbo. But here's the thing—because of the genuinely positive experience at Family Mazda, we went to Family Toyota in Burleson, TX, 225 miles away. That's how much trust we built with their team. We really appreciate Darby and the entire crew at Family Mazda for the time they took with us, the no-pressure approach, and their genuine concern that we ended up with what was best for our needs. Not every dealership earns that kind of loyalty, but they certainly earned ours. Highly recommended!

Increeeedible. I hadn’t bought a car in 10 years and my deal had financial hurdles, but this team was honest and worked with me. You can’t go wrong with Red and Tatum at the helm, and Logan in finance was accommodating without pushing. Definitely gained loyalty. 10/10, DO recommend.
