Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had at Family VW of Burleson! Shout out to my sales associate, Legend Brown! He was amazing! Legend worked to find me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and my budget. He was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. A few other note worthy individuals include Gary Carlock, who was friendly and helpful with answering my additional questions. Also, Parker Gladney , who was an expert in money matters and made the financial component of my purchase stress free. I would highly recommend buying from Legend Brown and the team at Family VW of Burleson when considering your next car purchase. I know I will be returning to this dealership for my next car purchase.

So first off, you know how you go to the dealerships, and they are all so scammy. They want to sell you on a vehicle you aren’t interested in, just so they can make a sale? Well this is NOT my experience here. Our salesman Brandon Cason, was the best salesman I’ve ever came across at a dealership. Like I’m not even making this stuff up. I’ve had horrible experiences. People that don’t listen, don’t want to accommodate, and don’t even care about what you are rolling in at the end of the day. Brandon, this guy cares. He wanted the best for us. He did what he could to make it to a smooth process. And did what he could to listen to the things that we needed in a car. My wife is in love with this car and she never even needed to see it in person. I came in, test drove, wasn’t pressured into making a decision right then and there, instead I got to go over everything and make sure I was confident in my purchase. I hope this car creates new long and lasting memories.

We had such a great experience with Aracely throughout the entire car buying process. She was incredibly patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
