Faricy Chrysler Jeep

I now have 4 Jeeps that have all been purchased from the Faricy Boys. With our most recent purchase of a Wrangler for our Daughters first vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon Wilke and Tom sharp. They went above and beyond to make this the best experience for her and I am ever so grateful to them. The entire team from the service and parts dept to the Sale team, everyone is so amazing and happy to help us whenever we need something. I have never had a bad experience when taking my vehicles in for service or buying a vehicle. They are always very nice to accommodate. They are always willing to give me advice and feedback on my vehicle each time. Thank you! I look forward to my next service visit.

I found my 2022 Ford Escape at Faricy Boys and my experience was awesome! Cohen was so patient and informative. He was professional, yet friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. When it came time for dealing with the financing, Jem was fantastic. She was professional and very friendly. She made the buying process feel comfortable and it went so much quicker than I thought it would. This was my first car purchase by myself. I felt nervous at first, but Cohen and Jem were so pleasant that it wasn't long before I knew I had came to the right place and that I purchased exactly what I was looking for. Cohen and Jem are both assets to Faricy Boys!

Very pleasant experience working with Denise (Sales) and Jem (Finance). Arrived at the dealership to purchase a new Wrangler Rubicon. My only must have was Red or Blue. Denise was pleasant, efficient, and fun to work with. I mentioned that I had looked at a 2025 online that had significant rebates on it. She pulled it up in the computer and had it brought right around for a test drive. No hassle, no upselling. After my test drive, she had the initial paperwork completed for finance and even took extra care to make sure the spelling of my name was correct for the various connected services. While I was working with Jem in finance, she had everything setup, Jeep washed, and ready for delivery. Jem in finance was great… brought up all the usual add-ons. When I told her exactly what I wanted, she just focused on that and none of that scary story stuff about the earth exploding if you don’t buy everything. Denise and Jem are definitely assets to the Fairicy Boys team.

My wife and I on a whim, decided to lease a '25 Grand Cherokee. We saw a deal that was expiring in just a few days at the end of the month. We called to set up an appointment and McCall had everything set up for us to see the vehicle the next morning. This phone call was less than 5 minutes, very fast. Once we arrived, Brandon was waiting for us to arrive and took us directly out to the vehicle for a lookover and test drive. He was very helpful in explaining any questions we had about the vehicle itself and the process of leasing as weve never experienced anything with a dealership. We noticed an issue or two on the test drive and they were addressed right then and there before we left the lot. After going through the application process and all that, Adam with sales took us in to sign and finalize all the paperwork. He was also very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know moving forward. The whole process from start to finish took about 6 hours, give or take (including test drive). Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was a very warm and welcoming experience. I look forward to continuing business with The Faricy Boys in the future.

Faricy team was Fantastic, we called to put down a reservation as have had bad experiences with other dealers, and they never ran our card for reservation and had the vehicle cleaned, upfront and ready for us when we arrived. Already pre approved online to speed up the process when we arrived, they would have even delivered it to our house. But mama and Jr couldn't wait so we went up a day early and they were outstanding, service, polite, and a hand shake verbal commitment that matched the paper work.
