I’m a single mom of two and just needed a reliable vehicle I ended up buying a 2017 ford edge from their lot. Super nice people and quick and easy buying process. However on the drive home the car went into limp mode so I had it looked at and they assumed it was a temperature sensor since my coolant was full and I just bought the car. So I threw $300 at it to get fixed just to get it back and it go into limp mode again. So I reached out to Dylan at fast track to see if there was anything he could do, considering I had no money or other option really, and he offered to pay for a diagnostic to see what was going on. Took it to a shop and they said I had a blown head gasket!!! $1745 to fix so I told Dylan and in return they said they could give me a $500 check for the repairs… which I’m so grateful for anything considering I didn’t get a warranty because I couldn’t afford that right now either. So I write this review in full honesty to warn others if you get a car get it throughly looked at before the easy purchase or buy their warranty. Yet again I’m grateful they were quick and gave me anything at all to fix it but still.. it went into limp mode on the drive home and I was under the impression I was buying a good car.

We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot and Matthew and Dylan made sure we were taken care of. After signing papers etc, Dylan had me follow him to the gas station to put some gas in the tank and he filled it up with a full tank of gas. I noticed the AC didn't seem cold so he had me follow him back to the lot so he could take a look and as I was following him, the battery light came on and I started smelling smoke. When we got there I told him and he had me pop the hood and even used his code reader to see if it popped a code. It didn't but the fan wasn't working on the pilot so he had us leave it there so he could take it to his mechanic to have it checked and fixed. Couple hours later, he called and let us know it was fixed. It was the Alternator and he had a brand new one put in it for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We will be sure to recommend this dealer to people! Thanks Matthew and Dylan!
