Faulkner Buick GMC Trevose

The first thing I did with a very straight face I said to john, I am not buying today. I am only Gathering information. Well a few hours later I went home with a new beautiful Buick Encore GX. John was eager to answer questions about the car. He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to and question. He felt more like a friend than a salesperson. I couldn't be happier with my choice. And I must say, all of the staff, sales, service, finance are all friendly and very helpful. No rushing, and no pressure. I am very happy with my purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Faulkner GMC. First, I purchased a used GMC Sierra from this dealership with low mileage. Almost immediately I started experiencing electrical issues. I brought the truck to the service department multiple times, but the problems were never properly diagnosed or fixed. Eventually I had to return that vehicle and take a financial loss. Trying to avoid further issues, I purchased a brand new GMC Sierra 2026 from the same dealership. Unfortunately, I am now experiencing multiple electrical and electronic problems again. The issues include: - the audio system randomly losing sound - the audio volume randomly dropping to about half volume while driving and returning to normal after about 20 seconds - ventilated seats sometimes not working - exterior door lock/unlock buttons occasionally not responding - the right turn signal not returning to its normal position after turning the steering wheel more than 90 degrees Another frustrating part is that these problems appear intermittently. Sometimes the issues happen during normal driving, and then after a few trips they temporarily disappear on their own. Because of this, the dealership often says they cannot find any error codes and sends me home without resolving the problem. I originally thought the volume change might be related to a safety feature that lowers the sound when sudden noises or nearby vehicles are detected. However, the volume also drops while driving on empty roads where there are no nearby cars. I have already brought the truck to the service department several times, but the issues remain unresolved. This is extremely frustrating for a brand new truck at this price point. Customers expect reliability and a service department that is willing to properly diagnose and fix problems. At this point I am documenting all occurrences and will be escalating this issue to GMC corporate. If the situation continues unresolved, I will also consider pursuing a Lemon Law claim. I hope dealership management takes this situation seriously and helps resolve these ongoing problems.

So I brought a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and it was the best experience ever no hassle finance easy transaction vehicle having transmission issue so I made an appointment with the service department unfortunately, I work 13 miles out the Shuttle service so while talking to the service receptionist, I rescheduled it so I can wait for it so I took today off drove an hour just to be told that they can’t look at my vehicle today So I wasted and a day off of work and a drive because their service Receptionist now I have to reschedule the appointment for Monday, and now I have to Find a ride to drop it off Sunday and then find someone to help me pick it up. Poor communication on their end. also found out that there was a recall in a vehicle that they did not service before they sold me the vehicle

This service is absolute garbage. I’ve been there six times: they’d fix my car, only for the exact same electrical problem to crop up again. Don't trust them at all—they're nothing but scammers.
