Friendly reminder… if you’re driving around with a dealer plate on your truck, you’re basically a rolling billboard for that business. Whoever was driving this Faulkner Buick GMC truck on 202 in Glen Mills today apparently missed that memo. Flying around 80 mph, weaving through traffic, and flipping people off isn’t exactly the customer service vibe most people are looking for. Maybe save the road rage for a vehicle that doesn’t have your company attached to it. 😉

I walked into Faulkner Buick only wanting to test drive a car. However, I felt so welcomed by sales consultant Adam that we ended up having a great conversation about the car inside the showroom. I could tell that he was giving me his objective overview and I never felt like he was ever pressuring me into buying the car. It just so happens that this dealership had such a fantastic deal on my 2026 Buick Envista, that I went back and bought it a week later! I really have to commend Adam for his personableness, reasonability, and kindness. As a first-time buyer, I felt supported throughout the whole transaction. I hope Adam is still in the business 10 years later when I'm looking for another car!

Was able to find a car within my budget and that was suitable for my style. The team there was beyond helpful and very nice. Ms. Magali is the person you want to help you! She’s the best. Overall a really get experience especially being it my first time buying from a dealership!

What a refreshing experience in a very challenging time in the world. From my communication with Sara online to my experience with Perry and Chris, I’m very happy. My car is exactly what I wanted and I was supported flawlessly through the whole process. As a woman, closing deals with men can sometimes be very frustrating and demeaning. Not here. I could chat with those guys all day. They were actually good humans. Super clean dealership. Top of the line service. A reminder of what customer service means. I took one of their trade ins and they just knocked it out of the park on how it was delivered to me, as well. Even my dog loves it. I spent most of yesterday (the day I bought it) driving because I’m so in love.
