I went in on Monday 6/1 knowing the exact car I wanted. My salesman was Jim, and Jeff helped as well. I made my budget very clear, and after running some numbers these guys made it work! They were very upfront and open with every detail of the buying process. Jim was phenomenal and very personable! Highly recommend coming here for your next purchase. Hopefully it'll be a long time until my next purchase, but I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs.

f I could leave 0 stars I would. The sales rep Jeff Yates is a scam artist and tells people what they want to hear just to get the sale. I purchased a 2019 Cadillac xt4 in 2022. Per Jeff the extended warranty I purchased would be good for the life on the loan. I put my car in the shop for repairs to only be told that my warrant was expired and capped at 100k miles. Not to mention the fact that I am still paying on the warranty that I cannot use due to the fact it’s financed in my loan. When I called the dealership I was told that Jeff was not in and there’s nothing that can be done. Do not trust anything that these sales rep tell you. At the end of the day they just want to get the sale.

Last week I made the decision to trade in my vehicle and purchase this beauty (pictured)! This is my first Cadillac ever and I can’t thank Jeff Yates enough for the outstanding job he did with getting me a deal with my Cadillac. He was very understanding of my situation, and the communication was great. He was not pushy at all and made sure he reached the best outcome for me. Even after purchase, Jeff is still making sure things are taken care of 100% and making sure things are right. He is extremely nice and I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond. If anyone has interest in a vehicle here, try to work with Jeff Yates because you won’t be disappointed.

Earlier today, I went to look at a 2004 Subaru Forrester. It seemed like a dream car. My grandson was very thrilled with it. Carfax was clean one owner. Dave Morales was the sales person. He was phenomenal. Very personable took his time, answered questions and again very genuine. However, when it came down to making the deal, I basically went off of my research of what you can’t get off of a used car which was only about $900 sure that won’t break the bank of the car lot nor will it cause a problem! Upon the person, Matt (manager) don’t recall his last name and don’t care to…….He came over to the desk. I showed him the numbers. I was crunching he stood up said no and walked away absolutely no negotiation absolutely no people person interaction very poor on his part. Very very poor. I’m not sure where he learned how to do his job because obviously he has not listened and I was very disappointed Again, I understand the whole dealing and wheeling process, but for him to literally stand up no and walk away no negotiation again very poor on his part. If I was to return back there, I would definitely never wanna deal with him again very very immature and not personable AT ALL!

If you go to Faulkner, ask for Jeff Yates in the Sales Dept. He is great! Listened to what I wanted, and even though they did have it on the lot, he was able to find my exact car! He kept me informed during the process and made my buying experience the best. Every question and/or concern was addressed and he continued to follow up after the sale. The closing and everyone involved was very nice. Jeff, thanks for everything, you are the best!
