Faulkner Chevrolet Lancaster

Purchased a used Pilot from Faulkner, used the sunroof one time, would not close. Faulkner “fixed” the issue but water was leaking into interior. Agreed to pay $1100 for a NEW sunroof. What I actually received was a sunroof from a 2013 pilot (actually had to use a Brillo pad to remove the ink). Spent all this money just 2 months after purchasing the vehicle for $15k. Take your business elsewhere.

I honestly have never had a better experience at a car dealership than I had with this one. They worked diligently and performed a miracle to get me in a car that same day. I have poor credit and I had a trade in that I still owed a good bit on and I still got a car. The people at this dealership honestly care about you and want to make sure that you leave happy and satisfied. I literally had no hope when I walked in there and they somehow managed to get me into a car that I absolutely love and adore. The staff were very friendly, kind, caring, patient, and helpful during my whole process. They were very knowledgeable and were very patient with us as we were there from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. They even offered us food and kept making sure we were okay and didn’t need water or coffee. When I tell you that this dealership cares about their customers I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I bought a Chevy Equinox in 2025 from Faulkner Chevy. My car had issues a few months later and I had to take it in for service under the warranty. I was feeling a little salty about my new car breaking down so quickly and was anticipating this next step to be a disaster. On the contrary, Coty and Lovina were lovely to work with and got me in a loaner car that was even bigger than my own car. Coty prepared us for the worst-case scenario on the parts availability, so when they called us just 4 days later letting us know my car was done, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone we talked to, but especially Coty and Lovina, were very personable and friendly, and I really feel like they went above and beyond for us. They even washed my car for me and its running better than ever. I really appreciated doing business with them!

I want to say thanks to Dale Bender service manger, he helped me out with my bill. And thanks to all of the people that were involved with my chevy truck. I will definitely be using them again.
