Mike and Brandon were awesome! I had some special circumstances and wasn’t sure I’d luck out on getting a new car (which I needed) … they found me the best deal and made the process so easy! So happy to have my new car!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Faulkner. I found a used car listed on their website, confirmed its availability, and scheduled an appointment to see it. Everything was confirmed in advance, so I expected a straightforward visit. However, when I arrived, although they acknowledged my appointment, the representative informed me that the car was not actually available for sale. I was told that the vehicle still needed inspection and that the engine might need to be replaced. This was surprising, as none of this was communicated before my visit. I explained that I was still interested in seeing the car’s exterior condition and was willing to return later once their inspection was complete. Despite this reasonable request, they refused to show me the vehicle at all. Instead, they tried to redirect me to other used cars that I had no interest in. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. It gave the impression that the advertised vehicle was used merely as a way to bring customers in, only to push different, less desirable inventory. This kind of bait-and-switch approach is unacceptable and undermines trust. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Skylar, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. she was professional, friendly, and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Together, they made the experience enjoyable and efficient from start to finish.

We bought both our certified pre-owned vehicles at Faulkner Hyundai and take them back every year for state inspection, they have great service and if they have any factory recalls they do them while we wait for them to get finished, so far the factory recalls haven't been anything major and they get them done fairly quickly and bring our cars back in the waiting area when they're finished, they even wash them for us which is nice!!!
