This location was extremely convenient with it being in close proximity to my house so it was worth to check it out, and I am pleased I did. I recently bought a 2026 Venu SEL which I am extremely excited about. Katherine was extremely helpful, patient, and kind during the process. The sales manager was also very compassionate and helpful to meet myself and family with our expectations. Gage was also a great salesman and very well spoken and knowledgeable in his department. Overall satisfaction would be 8/10.

I used Gemini AI to help me select my car based off my credit score, salary, height and commuting distance. After running comparative analysis against other cars the Hyundai Sante Fe LImited Hybrid kept winning - I tried to get financing at a credit union and failed. Faulkner reached out to me b/c they saw me like some cars in their inventory. I worked with Fred in sales and while he made no promises, he said he'd do his best to work with my financial situation. They came back the following day with an approval. I ran the their financing package through Gemini and it turned out for my score and income, the rate and terms they offered me was absolutely great. I knew with good payments I could always refinance. In terms of financing I worked with Jeff to get the paperwork complete. Outside of financing, part of his job is to explain the costs and benefits to purchasing additional warranties. Typically, these are things consumers would turn down. Even though it was a certified used vehicle, my car was nearing its end-term for coverage of the electronics on the manufacturer's warranty. Jeff, explained the different package details (basic to lux) and I selected basic - Jeff went above and beyond by sweetening the deal with some perks in miles covered. I appreciate working with both members of their staff and found the building welcoming, clean, professional and calm in terms of energy. 10/10 looking forward to trading in this Sante Fe and upgrading in a few years. The waiting room is very comfortable & peaceful. All the service advisors greet you with a smile & very pleasant. Also, their receptionist is very pleasant & work with you in scheduling your appointments for repairs etc.
