This is our second vehicle from Faulkner Maserati, and once again, the service was outstanding. Our salesperson, Chandell, went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with our new car. She truly knows her customers, takes the time to understand what we’re looking for, and is always available whenever we need assistance. Both of our cars were purchased through Chandell, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. We’re super happy and highly recommend Faulkner Maserati — and especially Chandell — to anyone looking for exceptional service and a seamless car-buying experience!

This dealership engaged in unethical and unlawful conduct. We signed a binding purchase contract, provided all requested documents, and authorized a hard credit inquiry — all verified in writing by Maserati of Willow Grove. We have the emails and the bill of sale to prove it. Despite a completed agreement and their written confirmation, the dealership breached the contract and sold the vehicle to another buyer, reportedly for $400 more. That’s not negotiation — that’s bad faith. This was a willful act of deception that damaged my credit, wasted my time, and violated the trust a luxury brand dealership should embody. Maserati of Willow Grove showed a complete lack of integrity from top to bottom. Management does not return calls, accountability is nonexistent, and the sales team operates with zero professionalism or product knowledge. Andrew, the sales manager, treated a signed contract as if it were optional. Buyers beware — even with written proof and a verified deal, this dealership may sell your car out from under you if someone offers them a few hundred dollars more. Maserati corporate and consumer protection agencies should investigate this store immediately.

The valet pick up and return service for my GranTurismo was on time, easy and quite convenient. I had very specific requests regarding the battery install they did due to my tricked charger and possible impact on my replacement of center consul screen and HVAC Panel. The Tech fully understood my issues and completed his work w/o any negative affects on my equipment. I left completely satisfied with the work and will use r There services again.
