General Manager and President John Norris is outstanding at what he does, and it is easy to see why he is in such a strong leadership role. New Car Manager Lakisha Thomas was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. She truly went above and beyond to help put together a great deal for me. Finance Manager Zack Hafer explained all of the paperwork clearly and efficiently. His knowledge made everything simple and easy to understand. Most importantly, Madison Boyles was one of the kindest sales consultants I have ever worked with. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured. Madison was very pleasant and responsive to work with. Even though I have never visited the dealership and did all the negotiation through phone or email, she made the process less stressful and easy. I met her the first time when picking up the car and she was very nice and thorough with explaining the car features. I could have bought the 2026 Mazda CX5 from a closer location but I bought from Faulkner Mazda which was much further away because they were the first to give a good quote , made me aware of the MyMazda App manufacturer discount, friendlier and more responsive. The closer dealership told me that they were only selling at MSRP and only matched Faulkner just because I had a real quote. They have changed from Frysinger to Fred Bean so the sales staff was completely new and not as nice as before and were not too thrilled to sell below MSRP anyway so I went with the better dealership at Faulkner Mazda.

I just purchased a premium and plus CX 90 and I absolutely love it. This the salesman Quentin Hamm Was my salesman and he did a fantastic job explaining everything and helping me through the whole process. I want to give a shout out to Mike Grant in the financial department. He was amazing and went over everything in a timely manner. I was not rushed I was not pressured. This is my third time purchasing a car from Faulkner. I was in the market for an SUV and I’ve checked Lexus, Volvo, GMC, Highlander, Acura, and I decided on the CX 90 great choice! Went in looking to trade in my 2015 Toyota Corolla SE and we lucked out with Austin. He was very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and didn’t feel pressured into buying a car. He went back to talk to his manager to get us a better deal on our trade in which we greatly appreciated. We are now very happy with our 2023 Mazda CX-5.
